Pre Purchase Building Inspection

The main focus of this inspection is to identify any major defects (including structural) as well safety hazards throughout the property which may cause either unexpected major cost/works or harm to potential owners.

• Roof space inspection for adequacy of insulation, roof leaks and roof structure alterations, etc.
• Subfloor inspection for type and performance of footing, timber pest and termite activity/damage, water leaks under wet area floors and subfloor areas from poor site drainage, heating duct condition, etc.
• All out buildings including decks, pergolas, verandas, carports, fencing, etc.
• Special care is taken around inspection of elevated balconies, stairs and associated balustrades for performance and compliance.
