Lockup / Pre-Plaster Inspection

At Lockup stage we refer to the previous Frame Inspection report to ensure that all defects identified during the Frame Inspection have been completed to a satisfactory level (even if the builder has given evidence of these works).

However, the main focus of this inspection is to cover off on all areas prior to plaster installation, being the last time the frame and associated building elements will be visible for Inspection. Making sure the frame is complete, built to code and well secured and fastened together will result in a better quality build and a building that will perform over time.
