PCI / Handover Inspection

The PCI / Handover Inspection will be the last chance you get to improve on any incomplete/substandard works that have been completed by the builder. All building elements including internal linings, paint, joinery, cabinetry, floor coverings and the installation of all fittings and fixtures throughout the interior of the dwelling (all walls, ceiling and floors) are assessed individually.

Externally everything from the ground up (including the ground) is checked. Site drainage, brickwork, sealing around windows and doors, cladding, roof plumbing installation including colour bond roofing and roof tiles.

It is highly advised that you request a sample PCI / Handover Inspection report due to the exhaustive list of areas covered and defects that may be identified.

Please note that Re-Inspections and Final Inspections can be carried out and incur an hourly rate charge of $110- inc gst per hour which also includes travel to and from the site.
